How Force Export handles the personal data you share with us: contact enquiries, email correspondence and the little we store in your browser.

Who we are
Force Export is an Algerian export company based at 39 Ferme Cabou, Kouba, Algiers, Algeria. For anything in this policy, write to info@forceexport.com — the same address handles access, correction and deletion requests.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally a company name, phone number and the product you are interested in. We collect nothing else through this site: no accounts, no analytics profiles, no advertising identifiers.
When we email you a quotation or follow-up, the message may contain a tiny invisible image hosted on this domain that tells us whether the email was opened. It records the time of the open and the address the email was sent to — nothing about your device beyond a standard web request.
Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage our business relationship — nothing else. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and sharing
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes your message solely to hand it to us. Correspondence and enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship, then deleted.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one thing in your browser: your language preference, kept in localStorage so the site opens in your language next time. You can clear it at any moment from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email info@forceexport.com and we will answer within a reasonable time, in line with Algerian law 18-07 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies, the GDPR.
